How do I report a player or bug?
Report bugs, glitches, and rule-breakers to DonutSMP staff through the official Discord or by opening a ticket at support.donutsmp.net.
Can I use mods on DonutSMP?
Only mods that don't provide a gameplay advantage. Cosmetic mods, shaders, and performance mods (OptiFine, Sodium, etc.) are generally fine. Anything that changes movement, visibility, combat, or automation is banned.

What are Shards?
Shards are the secondary currency on DonutSMP, separate from money. They can be used in the Shard Shop to buy exclusive items. Packages range from 400 shards ($0.99) to 70,000 shards ($99.99), with bonus percentages on larger tiers.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by DonutSMP support, not by this site. Open a ticket at support.donutsmp.net with your transaction details.
Does this site process my payment?
No. All "Buy" buttons link directly to the official DonutSMP store at
store.donutsmp.net. We do not handle payments, store card details, or access any transaction data.

Where do the player counts come from?
Live player counts come from
mcstatus.io, a public Minecraft server status API. Discord member counts come from Discord's public invite API. Both are fetched server-side at build time and refreshed hourly, so the numbers you see are at most 1 hour old.
